You’ve had a couple of weekes free from the torment of guessing who the bloke in the olde Panini pic is, so it’s about time you suffered a bit more. Today’s star comes from the golden era of Luton Town, in celebration of the fact that they’ve just bagged a trophy for the first time in 21 years despite the football league stealing their league status before a ball had been kicked this season with their 30-point reduction.
So, who is this chap?
If you can’t stand the suspense, click here.

Who is this luton legend? I can’t stand the suspense and your link is not working. Cheers buddy! Big up Luton town !!!
This luton legend is… Vince Hilaire. Good luck on getting back to the league next year.
I’ll always think of Hilaire as a Palace player. Portsmouth at a pinch but a Luton legend? Those six games must have been memorable.
Love the blog, btw.
I’ll always remember him playing in a shocking Leeds team around 1988. Thanks!
