OK, even in the 1980s this can’t have seemed like a good idea. Has a picture of King Kenny ever looked less like him? How about that effort at recreating John Fashanu? This is grotesque.

Despite, or perhaps because of, being in the football programme trade this post made me spit my coffee out laughing. I have to agree the illustrations look nothing like the actual person. I am still trying to decide who the bloke beside Daglish is nd have chnaged my mind 3 times! Can you help put me out of my misery?

I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be Bobby Gould. Just think; someone got paid for drawing that.
